The undersigned has been nominated to attend training programme organized by
DJA in post lunch session today.
Present: Sh. Jagmohan Yadav, Ld. Proxy Counsel for complainant.

This is complaint for offence punishable under Section 138 N. I. Act
and accused side has been summoned for the same.
On 15.11.2025, matter was compounded between the parties, separate
statement of the complainant was recorded.
Submissions of complainant side and statement of complainant
considered. Compounding appears to be voluntarily made, equitable and there
appears to be no legal impediment in implementing/allowing the same. Accordingly,
compounding allowed. Hence, matter stands compounded between both side for
offence punishable under Section 138 N. I. Act.
