Matter is taken up today as 27.08.2026 was declared holiday vide order
No.85/G-4/Genl-I/DHC dated 21.08.2026.
Present: Mr Aditya Oberio, Ld counsel for the complainant with complainant.
Mr Amarpreet Singh, Ld counsel for Son of accused through VC.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused.
Summons issued against the accused received back unserved with the report that the
son of the accused was found at the given address who refused to accept the summons as his father
ie. Accused herein has been missing since 18.02.2025.
On the LDOH, SHO concerned was also directed to file a report regarding missing
report lodged vide GD No 8A dated 22.02.2025. Notice in this regard has been received back
served but no report in terms of last order has been received.
Accordingly, let notice be issued to DCP concerned to file report in terms of last
order for the NDOH. Copy of this order as well as last order be also sent to DCP concerned for
complaince.
In the meantime, complainant is at liberty to file fresh address of the accused by the
NDOH.
