Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: 9 Cr. Case 6879/2025 STATE Vs. AMIR 0166/2025 (Darya Ganj) 09.06.2025 Present: Mr. Manish Bansal, Ld. APP for State. Sh. Darshnik Narang, Ld. LADC for accused with accused. HC Manish Kumar in person. In compliance of section 207 Cr.P.C/230 BNSS, copy of charge- sheet along with documents supplied to the accused against acknowledgement. Arguments heard on the point of charge. Record perused. After carefully perusing the charge-sheet, documents filed therewith, including statements U/s 161 Cr.P.C/180 BNSS recorded by IO and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld. Counsel for accused, this Court is of the considered view that prima facie offences U/s 317(2) BNS is made out against the accused. Accordingly, charge for the aforesaid offences has been framed against the accused, to which accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. At this stage, accused admitted the genuineness of some documents vide his separate statement recorded u/s 294 Cr.P.C/330 BNSS. Ld. APP for State requested to drop witnesses at Sr. No. 4 to 8 in the list of prosecution witness in view of statement of accused u/s 294 Cr.P.C/330 BNSS. Heard. At request of Ld. APP, witnesses at Sr. No. 4 to 8 in the list of prosecution witness are dropped. Issue summons to witness at s.no.1 with case property, returnable on the NDOH. Put up for PE on 11.12.2025.
