Present: Sh. A K Jha, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Accused in person with Ld. Counsel Sh. Rishabh Gulati.
Matter is at the stage of furnishing of bail bonds/ framing of notice.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that they have not received the copy
of complaint and annexed documents. Complainant is directed to supply the same
prior to the NDOH. Whatsapp number of Ld. Counsel for the accused has been
provided to the Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Since the offence is bailable, the accused is are granted bail, subject to
furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
Personal bonds furnished and accepted till NDOH. Time sought to
furnish surety bonds.
On an enquiry, it appears that there are chances of settlement between the
parties. The present is a fit case to be referred to mediation for settlement. Hence, the
present matter is being referred to mediation under the Special Mediation Drive –
Mediation ‘For The Nation’. Special referral order as per circular No.
24753-24953/DMC/THC/Delhi be annexed with the referral.
The parties and their Ld. Counsel are directed to report at the Mediation
Cell, the details of which are mentioned on the special referral order, at the time and on
the date mentioned in the said order. A copy of the Special Referral Order be given to
both the parties separately, immediately.
Be listed for verification of settlement/ purpose fixed on 29.08.2025.
