Accused no. 1 is company.
Accused no. 3 (Through VC).
Accused no. 2 absent.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused/furnishing of bail bonds/
framing of notice.
In view of appearance of accused no. 3 through VC, NBWs issued
against the accused are stayed till NDOH.
Oral exemption has been sought on behalf of the accused No.3 on
medical grounds. Medical documents filed. Heard. Same is allowed for today only.
BWs issued against the accused No.2 received back unexecuted with the
report that mother of the accused was met who stated that the accused has gone to
Maharashtra for some work. It appears that the accused No.2 has knowledge of the
present proceedings and that the accused is deliberately avoiding the proceedings of
court.
Be awaited for the appearance of accused No.2 till 02:00 PM.

No reason is forthcoming for absence of the accused No.2.
Issue NBWs against the accused No.2 on all the addresses and notice to
his surety, if any without filing of PF 	through SHO concerned, returnable on 	the
NDOH.
Accused No.2 an3 are directed to remain physically present on NDOH.
List the matter for appearance of accused persons/furnishing of bail
bonds/framing of notice on 24.08.2026.
