accused Saurabh Garg, Karan Khaneja and Gagan

IO/SI Gulshan Kumar and Insp. Pradeep Singh are
absent.
Reply of SI Gulshan Kumar dt.29.08.2026 received, as
per which the further investigation is at an advance stage and
supplementary charge-sheet is to be filed. It is also stated that reply
qua the fore medicines is yet to be received from the Pharmaceutical
companies.
Ld. Counsel for the accused persons have challenged the
maintainability of the present case, which has been registered under
the provisions of IPC and Copyrights Act and not under the Drugs and
Cosmetic Act.
IO/SI Gulshan Kumar and Insp. Pradeep Singh be
summoned afresh for the NDOH, to furnish clarifications on these
aspects. The Drug Inspector to also remain present in person on the
NDOH.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the Drug Inspector.
Also, issue summons to the Drug Inspector, CDSO,
through the IO concerned, returnable for 20.11.2026. Naib Court
