With respect to the blood samples, it is submitted by IO
that the blood samples were sent to the FSL for presence of alcohol
in the blood, which was found positive and thereafter, Kalandara U.s
185 MV Act alongwith other relevant sections under MV Act was
filed. It is further submitted by him that the present status of the
Kalandara is not known. Report to the above effect has also been
filed by ASI Mithilesh Kumar. Let the same be taken on record.
Summons to the PW at serial no. 8/Gurdeep Singh
received back with information that the witness has passed away on
29.12.2024, therefore, the witness is dropped from the list of
witnesses.
Let summons be issued to witness cited at serial no. 13
& 14 in the list of witnesses.
Re-list the matter for PE on 16.10.2026.
