Accused is on police bail. Accused is admitted to
court bail for furnishing of bail bonds and surety bonds in the sum
of Rs. 10,000/-.

Ld. APP has argued and has argued that charge u/s
279/337/338 IPC is made out.
Per-contra, it is argued by Ld. counsel for the
accused that accused person is innocent and deserves to be
discharged.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
From the perusal of the entire record and after
hearing the arguments, I am of the considered opinion that charge
u/s 279/337/338 IPC is made out against the accused person.
Charge is separately framed. The same is read and
explained to the accused person in vernacular language to which
the accused person has pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
PWs mentioned at serial no. 1, 2 & 12 in the list of
witnesses be summoned for the NDOH.
