Accused in person with Ld. Counsel Sh. Sandeep Kumar Verma.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused/furnishing of bail bonds/
framing of notice.
Since the offence is bailable, the accused is granted bail, subject to
furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
Accused seeks some time to furnish bail bonds. Time granted till NDOH.
Adjournment has been sought on behalf of the accused on the ground
that they have received the copy of complaint and annexed docuemnts today only and
that they need some time to prepare their defence after verifying their record. Heard.
Considered. Same is allowed for today only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused the copy supplied to them is not complete in
its respects. Ld. Counsel for the complainant has undertaken to supply a complete
copy of complaint and annexed documents to Ld. Counsel for the accused today itself.
