Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: Ct. Cases / 1002/2024 New Delhi Estate Pvt Ltd Vs. State Of Delhi 01.05.2025 Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode. Present: Mr. Kushagra Pandey, Learned Counsel for the applicant, along with applicant no. 2, Mr. Dharam Bhushan Jain. The matter is listed for arguments on the application under Section 156(3) CrPC. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the directions contained in the order dated 18.12.2024 have not been complied with by the SHO concerned. Though a report has been filed under the signature of the SHO stating that the police station does not have territorial jurisdiction, it is observed that a point-wise reply, as specifically directed in the earlier order, has not been furnished. Perusal of the record confirms that the report is not in compliance with the said order. Accordingly, let the SHO concerned comply with the order dated 18.12.2024 in letter and spirit by filing a point-wise reply positively by the next date of hearing. Let a copy of this order be sent to the SHO concerned for strict compliance. Put up for compliance/arguments on 16.07.2025.
