Accused Aamir and Shubhan @ Nikam are absent.
Sh. Darshnik Narang, Ld. Assistant LADC for
both accused persons from the office of LADC.
Ld. LADC submits that accused Aamir is being
produced before KKD Courts today in connection with some
case today.
As per record, accused Aamir has been released on
bail in this matter. Let production warrants be issued in the name
of the accused Aamir returnable for NDOH with an endorsement
that he is on bail in the present case.
Accused Shubhan @ Nikam is absent. He was
directed to be released on personal bonds vide order dated
08.07.2024. In the interest of justice, let summons be issued to
accused Shubhan @ Nikam for NDOH.
Put up for appearance of both accused
persons/compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C./further proceedings
on 28.11.2024.
