Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode. Undersigned
is also working as 2nd Link JMFC of Sh. Vaibhav Garg, Ld.JMFC-11,
Central, Delhi.
Present: Mr. Manish Bansal, Ld. APP for State.
Accused is in person.
Sh. Akash Sharma, Ld. Counsel for accused. (Fresh
vakalatnama filed. It be taken on record.)
In compliance of section 207 Cr.P.C./230 BNSS, copy of
charge-sheet along with documents supplied to the accused against
acknowledgement.
Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing PB & SB in
the sum of Rs.5000/- each. Personal bonds furnished. Time sought for
furnishing of surety bonds. Heard. Allowed.
With consent, arguments heard on the point of charge.
Record perused.
After carefully perusing the chargesheet, documents
filed therewith, including statements u/s 161 Cr.P.C recorded by IO
and hearing submissions of Ld. APP for the state and Ld. counsel for
accused, this Court is of the considered view that prima facie offences
u/s 411 IPC is made out against the accused. Accordingly, charge for
the aforesaid offences has been framed against the accused, to which
accused pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, accused admitted the genuineness of some
documents vide his separate statement recorded u/s 294 Cr.P.C./330
BNSS.

Ld. APP for State requested to drop duty officer and
witnesses at Sr. No. 4 & 5 in the list of prosecution witness in view of
statement of accused u/s 294 Cr.P.C./330 BNSS.
Heard. At request of Ld. APP, duty office and witnesses
at Sr. No. 4 & 5 in the list of prosecution witness is dropped.
Put up for PE on 18.03.2026.
Let witness at Sr. No. 1 be summoned for NDOH.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
