Present: Ms. Shweta Yadav, Ld. Proxy Counsel for complainant through VC.
None for accused.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant seeks time to file his
Vakalatnama.
Summons received back with report left.
Original postal receipts and tracking report on summons filed on
behalf of complainant with the report ‘item returned due to insufficient address’.
However, complainant has filed proof of service through online mode along with
affidavit and certificate u/s 63 BSA. Taken on record.
Accordingly, let bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 10,000, be issued
against the accused, with one surety of like amount, through the SHO concerned, on
filing of PF within two months, returnable on NDOH.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 30.07.2026.
Considering the amount involved and the possibility of settlement
existing between parties, at request of proxy counsel complainant, let matter be put
up before Lok Adalat to be held on 14.03.2026.
Ahlmad is directed to send the file complete in all respects before the
Lok Adalat.
In case of failure of settlement be put up for purpose fixed on
30.07.2026.
