It is submitted by accused side that they have not received the copy of
complaint and annexures. Complainant is directed to supply the same to accused side
before the next date of hearing.
Previous cost of Rs. 500/- is pending to be paid.
Ld. Counsel for accused seeks time to make the payment.
Matter is passed over till 02:00 p.m.

Accused has mailed the cost receipt.
Accused was directed to appear in person. However he has failed to
comply with the same.
Accordingly a further cost of Rs. 500/- is imposed on the accused to be
paid to NGO for rescuing animals namely “Karanpuri Foundation through MILAAP
Link”. Receipt of same be filed on NDOH.
Last and final opportunity is given to accused proprietor to enter
appearance failing which court shall be forced to issued coercive process.
Previously also, NBWs were issued against the accused.
IT IS CLARIFIED THAT NO EXEMPTION FROM PERSONAL
APPEARANCE SHALL BE ENTERTAINED ON NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear in person.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 12.03.2026.
