This court is functioning without Ahlmad since 30.04.2025.
Reader of this court is on medical leave for undefined period.

It is submitted by accused that he is partner of accused firm.
It is submitted by accused side that they have not received the copy
of complaint and annexures. Complainant is directed to supply the same to
accused side before the next date of hearing at email ID of counsel for accused
i.e. gaursumit500@gmail.com.
On oral request, NBWs issued against the accused stands stayed till
NDOH subject to cost of Rs. 500/ to be paid to NGO for rescuing animals
namely “Karanpuri Foundation through MILAAP Link”. Receipt of same be
filed on NDOH.
Accused submits that he is residing at R/o 70, Rajlakshmi Auto
Stores, Tamil Sangam Road, Madurai 625001.
Accused is directed to appear in person on NDOH.
Be put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing
of surety/ further proceedings on 15.10.2025.
