Today, the undersigned is also working as Duty JMFC.
Present: Sh. Mohd. Haider Imam, Ld. Proxy Counsel for Complainant.
Sh. Harshit, Ld. Proxy Counsel for accused through VC.
Ld. Proxy counsel for accused seeks times to file his vakalatnama.
On 19.05.2025, NBWs against the accused were stayed till today.
However, he has still failed to appear.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
On oral request, personal appearance of accused is exempted for
today only subject to cost of 1,000/- to be paid to be paid to NGO for rescuing
animals namely “Karanpuri Foundation through MILAAP Link”. Receipt of
same be filed on NDOH and on subject of furnishing of his travel tickets for
today to Allahabad.
Accused had furnished his present residential detail on the order
dated 29.05.2025.
Counsel for complainant submits his mobile no. is 7669937957.
No exemption shall be entertained on behalf of accused on the
NDOH.
At this stage, after little interaction with both sides there appears to
be ample chances of settlement in this matter. Ld. Counsel for accused has
prayed that matter be sent for mediation.
With consent of both sides, in view of the ongoing “mediation for
the nation campaign by NALSA”be put up before Mediation Cell on
16.10.2025 at 12:30 pm and returnable to this court on 17.02.2026.
Mediation is being referred with consent of counsel for accused
who is appearing through VC. In case of non appearance of any party before
mediation, a cost shall be imposed on defaulting party.
Ahlmad is directed to send file to Mediation Cell well in time.
Surety Bonds are already on record.
Be put for settlement if any/CE on 17.02.2026.
