None for accused.
Previous cost of Rs. 500/- imposed on the complainant shall now
will be paid to NGO for rescuing animals namely “Karanpuri Foundation through
MILAAP Link”. Receipt of same be filed on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has sought a passover.

Ld. Proxy counel has deposited the said cost in DLSA. Receipt furnished.
On LDOH, fresh address of the accused was filed and summons were
ordered to be issued.
Summons could not be issued due to non filing of PF.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the complainant to take
steps for issuance of summons against the accused/ filing PF.
In the meantime, let fresh summons be issued against the accused,
in terms of previous order, on filing of PF within 2 months, through all modes,
returnable for NDOH.
Complainant is directed to file tracking report on NDOH.
Seeing the delay caused in the present matter wherein the matter is
listed for appearance of accused since 28.02.2024, Matter shall be dismissed for
non-prosecution on NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused/ framing of notice/ furnishing of
surety/ further proceedings on 04.02.2026.
