Fresh case is received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Praveen Kumar and Ms. Anchal Bansal, Ld. Counsel for
complainant (through VC).
Perusal shows that prima facie there is a delay in filing of the present
complainant. Complainant has also filed an application for condonation of delay. As
per the application there is a delay of 2 days in filing of the present complaint.
However, the E-filing history, filed on record, does not pertain to the
present complaint.
Complainant is directed to file the correct E-filing history on NDOH.
In the meanwhile, let notice of condonation of delay be issued to
proposed through all modes on filing of PF within 2 months returnable on NDOH.
Notice be also given dasti to the complainant for appropriate service.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the proposed accused well in time.
Complainant is also directed to file the proof of service along with the
tracking report and in case of service through online mode, proper certificate u/s 63
BSA with affidavit of service.
Put up for consideration/filing of E-filing history on 08.12.2026.
