Matter has been received back as unsettled from the Mediation Centre.
Accordingly, the matter is being proceeded on merits.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
Surety bonds of Rs. 35,000/- have not been furnished despite
directions. Today also, he has failed to appear. Accordingly, a cost Rs. 1,000/- is
imposed on the accused side to be paid to NGO on the UPI id:
earthlingstrust99.rzp@icici. Receipt of same be filed by NDOH.
PAYMENT OF COST IS PRE REQUISITE.
Due to absence of accused, issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.
10,000/-, be issued against the accused, with one surety of like amount, through the
SHO concerned, on filing of PF within two months, returnable on NDOH.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the accused to cross-examine
the complainant as the matter is pending for CE since 02.08.2025.
Put up for CE/furnishing of surety of Rs. 35,000/- on 02.04.2027.
