Mr. Rajeev, Ld. Legal Aid Counsel for accused
(discharged).
Mr. Mohammad Aslam, Ld. Counsel for accused.
Fresh vakalatnama/letter of authority filed on behalf of
the accused is taken on record.
It is submitted by Ld. Legal Aid Counsel that he has no
objection to being discharged. Accordingly, he is discharged from the
present case.
The matter is listed for report on warrant of arrest. At
this stage, an application seeking cancellation of warrant of arrest has
been moved on behalf of the accused. Submissions heard.
In view of the submissions made, the warrant of arrest is
kept in abeyance till further orders, subject to payment of cost of 500	₹
to be deposited with DLSA, Central.
It is clarified that if the said cost is not deposited during
the course of the day and receipt thereof is not placed on record, the
warrant of arrest shall not remain stayed.
Let summons be issued to the complainant for the next
date of hearing.
Put up for verification of cost payment and prosecution
evidence on 06.08.2026.
