the proposed accused at pre-cognizance stage for offence U/s 138 NI Act.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to file the GST
details of the accused on or before NDOH.

As per the proviso of section 223(1), BNSS, it is incumbent
upon the Court to afford an opportunity of hearing to the accused before
taking cognizance of an offence.
In view of the above, issue notice to all proposed accused for
the NDOH on filing of PF/RC within 15 days.
