16/DHC/Gaz.IIB/G7/VI.E.2(a)2025, dated 30.05.2025.
This court is functioning without Ahlmad since 30.04.2025.
Today, the undersigned is also working as Duty JMFC.
Reader of this court is on leave today.

Ld. Counsel for accused has requested that matter be referred to
mediation cell. However, the complainant seeks to ensure that presence of accused shall
be secured.
No bail bonds have been filed today and no exemption application has
been moved.
