It is noticed at this stage that the complainant is a resident of
Gurugram and the properties in question, having a valuation of Rs. 20-25
crores, also lie in South West Delhi and Gurugram. This court has
reservations qua the maintainability of the present complaint before this
court.
Although SI Yashpal has himself stated in his reply that the
matter be investigated by the EOW / Crime Branch, as per the territorial
jurisdiction and orders of the concerned jurisdictional magistrate.
Ld. counsel for the complainant seeks some time to address
arguments on the point of maintainability of the present complaint before
this court.
