This is a transferred matter from Digital Court-01. Physical file has
been filed by the complainant. Taken on record. Complainant has NOT filed all the
previous order sheets.
COMPLAINANT IS DIRECTED TO FILE COPY OF ALL
PREVIOUS ORDER SHEETS BEFORE THE CONCERNED AHLMAD AT
LEAST 1 WEEK PRIOR TO NDOH, DATE WISE SO THAT THE AHLMAD CAN
PLACE THEM CORRECTLY BEFORE NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that MATTER IS AT THE
STAGE OF APPEARANCE OF ACCUSED and SUMMONS WERE RECEIVED
AGAINST THE ACCUSED.
Complainant has failed to take steps for issuance of summons.
However, in pursuance of letter bearing No.
5951-5952/DHC/Gaz.IIB/G-7/2025 dated 31.10.2025 of Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi, New Delhi, all cases pertaining to financial institutions and telecom
companies u/s 138 NI Act, 1881 & Section 25 PASA, wherein the total amount of
cheque(s) in question is upto Rs. 50,000/- are to be transferred to the Evening Courts
of Central District.
In furtherance of the same, as per directions of Ld. Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and in compliance of order dated
12.11.2025, vide no. 10868-10897 CJM/CENTRAL/EC/2025, the present case be
put up before Ld. CJM, Central, THC for appropriate directions for 04.11.2026 at
02:00 p.m.
Ahlmad is directed to place the file before Ld. CJM well in time.
Accordingly, no adverse order is being passed.
Be put up for directions before Ld. CJM/ FILING OF PREVIOUS
ORDER SHEETS/ further proceedings on 04.11.2026 at 02:00 p.m.
