firm which is run by the proposed accused persons and has also
not considered the fact that the complaint given by the
complainant to the SHO and Senior officials pre dates the FIR
which was lodged against the complainant by one and half years.
IT is pointed out that the complainant had put in writing his
apprehensions of being roped in false cases in the year 2023,
whereas the FIR was lodged in September 2024.
In view of the above let court notice be issued to
DCP concerned to file a comprehensive report with respect to the
allegations of the complainant on the NDOH.
Complainant is further directed to approach the
Enquiry Officer and provide all the documentary evidence.
