Matter is at the stage of framing of notice.
Perusal of the ordersheet reveals that copy of the complaint has already been
received.
Surety bonds furnished.
Previous cost of Rs. 100/- (each) not paid.
Exemption application filed on behalf of the accused on the official email-id of
this Court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has objected to the same.
Heard.
Perusal of the record shows that matter is pending since 2023 and notice has not
been framed till date. In view of the same, exemption is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 1000/-
(each) payable to DLSA(C).
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to pay the cost on or before the NDOH.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH voluntarily,
failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on 06.02.2025.
