Present : Mr. Vipin Raturi, counsel for the complainant.
None for the accused.
Summons issued against the accused received back unexecuted with the
report ‘son refused to receive the summons’.
It is submitted by the counsel for the complainant that the summons have
been duly served upon the accused through electronic mode i.e. whatsapp. Affidavit of
service through electronic mode filed on behalf of complainant.
In view thereof, this Court is of the considered opinion that the accused is
deliberately evading the process of the law and coercive steps needs to be taken to ensure
presence of the accused before the Court.
Let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one
surety in the like amount through SHO concerned on filing of PF within 2 weeks,
returnable for next date of hearing.
Put up for appearance and framing of notice on 13.06.2025.
