Present : None for the complainant.
Mr. Sameer, Ld. Counsel for the accused along with
accused in person.
Matter is listed for grant of bail/framing of notice.
Since offence under consideration is bailable
offence, accused is admitted to bail, subject to furnishing of
personal and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with
the condition that the accused shall furnish her present residential
address to the court and in case, she changes her residence, she
shall intimate the court by furnishing her new address
immediately without any delay. Accused undertakes to furnish
personal bond during the course of the day and seeks permission
of this court to furnish the surety bonds on the NDOH. Allowed.
Since none is appearing on behalf of complainant,
matter stands adjourned.
Complainant is directed to comply with the previous
order on or before the NDOH.
Put up for furnishing of bail bond/framing of notice
on 14.07.2025.
