On perusal of file it transpires that the present application for
registration of FIR is pending since 2024 and till date, SHO, PS Wazirabad has
failed to file the conclusive ATR for the reasons best known to them.
Prima facie it appears that there is reluctance on the part of the IO to
conclude the inquiry. Accordingly, issue notice to DCP North to file the
conclusive ATR on NDOH.
