Ld. counsel for complainant submits that he has
filed application of amendment of the present complaint and to
place on record the amended memo of parties to rectify some
typographical error in the title of the complaint.

Keeping in view of the fact that the complaint is still
at the stage of consideration, the said application stands allowed.
Let the amended memo of parties be taken on
record.
As per the mandate of section 223 of the BNSS, let
notice be issued to the proposed accused through all permissible
modes including the e-mode by Nazarat Branch, on filing of PF,
to appear before the court and argue on the point of cognizance.
PF be filed within two weeks from today.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused and
arguments on point of cognizance on 27.09.2025.
The order be uploaded as per rules.
