Allowed subject to additional cost of Rs. 3,000/- to be deposited in DLSA, Central as adjournment is being sought since the past 02 dates, previous cost of Rs. 1500/- has not been paid and today again, an adjournment is sought. Let court notice be issued to the complainant to appear in person for NDOH. It is made clear that payment of cost shall be condition precedent to proceed with the matter further and no adjournment shall be granted to the complainant for the same on NDOH and on failure to pay the cost, the matter shall be dismissed for non prosecution and non appearance.
