Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode.
Fresh application u/s 175 (3) of BNSS along with complaint u/s 223
BNSS received from filing counter. It be checked and registered as per
rules.
Present: Mr.Anurag Tomar, Ld. Counsel for
applicant/complainant (Through VC).
Perusal of record reveals that original documents and
complaint sent to SHO and DCP concerned are not on record. Ld.
Counsel seeks some time to file the same on record. In these
circumstances, let a point wise report be called from SHO concerned
(subject to filing of original documents and complaint) as to :
1. Whether any complaint has been made / received by the
complainant in the police station.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
3. whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any cognizable
offence has been made out against the accused person and whether
any action has been taken place by the police.
4. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of
investigation.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the
complainant has been informed accordingly.
Put up for filing of report from SHO concerned on
26.08.2025. The order be uploaded as per rules.
