Complainant to inform all the known addresses of the accused on the PF so that
summons could be generated for the same.
The complaint and the original documents have only been e-filed.
As per order no. Endst nos. 6296-6330/DHC/Gaz.-IIB/G-7/VI.E.2(a)/2025 dated
18.11.2025, the present court is now functioning as a physical court.
The complainant is therefore, directed to submit the original documents and the
complaint with the Ahlmad of this court before NDOH.
At this stage, complainant submits that the accused is suffering from Cancer and
he wishes to withdraw the present matter.
Statement of withdrawal has been separately recorded to this effect.
In view thereof, the present matter is disposed of as compounded and withdrawn.
The accused stands acquitted.
Bail bonds, if any, stand cancelled.
Sureties, if any, stand discharged.
Originals, if any, be returned after cancellation of endorsement.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance, as per rules.
Order be uploaded as per rules.
