Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has deposited all the original
documents in compliance of the previous order. The same is verified by Reader-cum-Ahlmad.
The Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to keep the original in safe custody.
Perusal of the ordersheet reveals that copy of the complaint has already been
received.
Surety bonds not furnished.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before
NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that accused is not available today due to
certain medical issues.
Heard.
Exemption is allowed subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- payable to complainant.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH voluntarily,
failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on 22.01.2025.
