Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish the surety bonds on or before
NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has received the copy of the complaint.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has filed an application u/s 143(A)
NI Act. Ld. Counsel further submits that the copy of the application has been supplied to the
opposite side.
Heard.
Accused is directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH voluntarily,
failing which, coercive measure shall be taken.
Put up for framing of notice on 11.12.2024.
