through DCP PS concerned with direction to appear in person and explain
as to why supplementary challan in the matter yet not been filed.
Let Production Warrant be issued qua the accused with
direction to Jail Superintendent, to produce the accused on NDOH. It is
further directed that the production warrant shall be endorsed with the bail
status of the accused.
