Report has been received on behalf of SI Nisha stating that the FSL
result still awaited and time has been sought for filing supplementary challan.
An application u/s 437 Cr.P.C praying for grant of bail to accused /
applicant Imran@ Bhura has been moved on his behalf.
Heard. Perused.
Application is allowed in the interest of justice as challan has
already been filed and trial may take long to conclude.
Accused Imran @ Bhura S/o Sh. Bhura is admitted to bail on
furnishing personal bond and surety bond, in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one
surety of the like amount.
Bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
Bail bonds not furnished today.
Put up for filing of supplementary challan / further proceedings on
26.07.2024.
