Arguments heard.
ATR perused.
The ATR has not been completely filed as it has been
stated in the report that despite approaching the complainant, the
transactions details have not been provided as the details given in the
complaint were found to be wrong transactions and proper details are
required to proceed ahead with the action on the compliant of the
comkplainant.
On the other hand, it has been submitted that complainant
was never approached by the IO.
Therefore, it is directed that the ACP concerned shall
ensure that the details of the transactions shall be taken from the
complainant at the earliest and the complainant is at liberty to
approach the ACP on 12.12.2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and the
ACP shall ensure that the complainant is entertain for getting the
detail by himself or any official authorised to him without fail and the
complete ATR shall be filed on the NDOH.Copy of the order be sent
to the ACP concerned through Naib court for compliance.
Be put up for further proceedings on 21.03.2025.
