IO SI Gaurav singh is absent.
In the interregnum, IO SI Gaurav Singh has filed status report
regarding further investigation carried out in this matter. Same be taken on
record. Spare copy be supplied to the complainant against due
acknowledgment.
As per the status report, reply from HDFC bank is awaited.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for complainant submits that the
present proceedings be closed as FIR has already been registered in the
present matter and the police may file the charge-sheet/ closure report in
due course.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Since FIR has already been registered, no effective purpose
would be served by keeping the present proceedings u/s 156(3) Cr. PC
alive.
In the light of the submissions made and the developments
that have taken place, the present proceedings u/s 156(3) Cr. PC are closed.
The present file be tagged alongwith the chargesheet/ closure report as and
when the same is filed by the IO. Copy of this order be given dasti to ld.
counsel for complainant as prayed and be also sent to the IO, with the
directions to expedite the investigation and file the charge-sheet / closure
report in due course.
