Present: Sh.Nishchal Khanna, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Heard. Perused.
Counsel for complainant submits that complainant
had approached SHO concerned, DCP and Deputy Commissioner
MCD with the present complaint but no action had been taken so
far. Accordingly, SHO PS Karol Bagh and Deputy Commissioner
MCD are directed to file an action taken report stating the
following:
1. Whether any complaint has been made/ received by
the complainant in the police station and MCD.
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the
complaint.
3. Whether as a result of investigation/ inquiry, any
cognizable offence has been made out against the accused
person and whether any action has been taken by the
police and MCD.
4. If, yes whether any FIR has been registered and
status of investigation, further any action is taken by MCD
as per rules.
5. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether
the complainant has been informed accordingly.
Issue notice to the SHO concerned and Deputy

Commissioner, MCD alongwith copy of
complainant and this order with directions to file
Action Taken Report on 08.06.2026.
Copy of this order be sent to SHO concerned and
Deputy Commissioner MCD alongwith process.
