Accused is present through VC with counsel Sh. Dhirender
Kumar Singh.
The matter is at the stage of cognizance and on the pending bail
application of the accused Azam Ali Khan. The accused was granted interim
bail vide order dt. 19.09.2022 which has been extended from time to time.
The reason for the interim bail was the settlement avenues which were to be
explored and as per the bank, the proposal for settlement has been rejected.
Accordingly, the bail application is to be heard on the merit of it. Since, it has
been stated that the accused is in Mumbai, he is directed to remain present
physically before the court on the NDOH as surrender and shall argue on the
bail application on the merits of it.
In the meantime, the interim bail is extended till the NDOH to
enable the accused to appear before the court.
Also, notice be issued to the IO through DCP concerned to
remain present on the NDOH for clarifications qua the charge-sheet.
Be put up for further proceedings on 23.07.2025.
