There is no reported deficiency in the copy of chargesheet
supplied to the accused. Soft copy of the chargesheet be supplied to
the accused persons/their counsels, as prayed. However, in case the
soft copy is not available, that alone shall not be a ground to state that
Chargesheet has not been supplied as physical copy has been supplied
long back.
In the main chargesheet, IO/Insp. Mintu Singh had stated
that supplementary charge-sheet shall be filed after conclusion of the
further investigation.
No supplementary charge-sheet has filed till date.
IO/Insp. Mintu Singh/ACP concerned to file his report

regarding the status of supplementary charge-sheet on the NDOH.
In case the supplementary charge-sheet is to be filed,
same be expedited. IO/ACP to remain physically present on the
NDOH.
All accused persons to remain present in person on the
NDOH with their main counsel.
Virtual appearance shall not be entertained.
List now on 01.10.2026.
Copy of this order be sent to the IO/ACP concerned for
information and compliance. Naib Court concerned to coordinate with
the IO and ensure compliance.
