date. Seeing his over all conduct, this Court is constrained to issue
Non-Bailable warrants against him at all his addresses available on the
record including the one mentioned in the Order Sheet dt. 26.11.2025.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for all the accused persons
submit that the IO has not provided the soft copy of the Charge sheet
in terms of the earlier order. Issue notice to the IO, to supply the same
within two weeks. Non-compliance shall be viewed adversely.
Concerned Naib Court to immediately convey the order to the IO
concerned.
Now to come up for further proceeding on 30.03.2026.
