Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to supply the copy of the complaint to
the accused on or before NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to file his vakalatnama, copy of identity
proof alongwith surety bonds to the tune of Rs. 5,000/- on the alternate official email-id of the
Court i.e. nicentral2courtwork@gmail.com as well as physically with the Reader-cum-Ahlmad
on or before NDOH.
Put up for filing of abovesaid documents / framing of notice / further
