Perusal of the record reveals that the cheque in question does not bear the name
of the account holder and it is not clear as to by whom the cheque has been drawn.
Let summons be issued to the concerned bank official from Axis Bank,
Yamunapuram, Bulandshahar, UP to appear with relevant records of account bearing no.
922010041955884 and clarify as to who is the account holder of the said account / drawer of the
cheque bearing no. 018063, on filing of PF within 10 days from today for NDOH.
Put up for examination of bank witness / further proceedings on 05/09/2026.
