CORRECTLY.
Perusal shows that matter is at THE STAGE OF APPEARANCE OF
ACCUSED AND SUMMONS WERE ISSUED AGAINST ACCUSED.
Summons could not be issued due to non filing of PF.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the complainant to take steps
for issuance of summons against the accused on filing PF.
In the meantime, let fresh summons be issued against the accused on
filing of PF within two months, through all modes, returnable for NDOH.
Last and final opportunity is granted to complainant to pursue the
matter, failing which matter SHALL BE DISMISSED FOR NON-PROSECUTION
AS THE MATTER IS PENDING APPEARANCE OF ACCUSED SINCE 2023.
Complainant is directed to file proof of service.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
In case of online service, complainant is directed to file requisite
affidavit with contact details of the accused and certificate U/s 63 BSA to show due
