In view of the statement of the accused persons, witnesses mentioned at Sr. No. 2 & 3 need not be examined. Accordingly, witnesses mentioned at Sr. No. 2 & 3 are dropped from array of witnesses. On request, the matter is again referred to the Mediation Centre, Room No. 325, Central Hall, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi. Parties have been informed about the procedure/benefits of the Mediation. Parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Cell on 21.07.2025 at 2.00 p.m. Put up before this court for report of settlement, if any, failing which for further proceedings on 22.08.2025.
