Fresh case received by way of assignment. The same has been checked and registered. Present
case has been put up before me by the Reader of the court today.
Proceedings conducted through Video Conferencing via CISCO Webex app as well as through
Hybrid Mode.
Regular Stenographer is on leave uptill 05.05.2025.
Present : Sh. Krishna Roy and Sh.Satyapal, Ld. counsel for the complainant
alongwith complainant.
Matter is at the pre-cognizance stage.
This is a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
Perusal of the complaint and the e-filing history reveals that the present complaint has
been filed on 25.03.2025.
Since the present complaint is governed by the provisions of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, therefore, in light of the provisions of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, let court notice be issued to the proposed accused for
answering to the present complaint upon filing of PF within 2 weeks from today,
returnable for the next date of hearing. Process Server is directed to serve the notice
through all permissible modes. Copy of the complaint be supplied to the accused
alongwith the said notice.
Put up for appearance of proposed accused/arguments on
summoning/further consideration on 27.08.2025.
