passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the undersigned has been
assigned the work of Digital Court No.-03, Central District, Delhi.
Present: 	Ms. Simran Soni, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
None for the accused.
Summons issued to accused on last effective date of
hearing not received back.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that summons
were sent through speed post which were delivered at the address of
the accused. Tracking report of the same has been filed.
Be awaited.

Despite repeated calls none is appearing on behalf of
accused. Accused is absent.
Let BWs be issued against the accused in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF within three
weeks. BW be executed through SHO concerned. The complainant is
directed to mention all the available addresses on the PF so that
warrant would be generated on the same.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further
proceedings on 07.10.2024.
