Oral exemption sought on behalf of accused on the
ground that the accused is out of country. Heard. Allowed for today
only.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the copy of
complaint has not been supplied yet. Same be supplied by the
complainant on mobile number 9310055422.
At this stage, both the parties submit that they want to
explore the possibility of settlement and request is made for
referring the matter to mediation cell.
Since there is a scope for settlement in the present case,
the present matter is referred to mediation cell, in view of circular
number 615-815/DMC/THC/ Delhi dated 07.01.2026, in view of
Mediation ‘For the nation 2.O campaign’.

Accordingly, both the parties alongwith counsels are
directed to appear before the Mediation Cell, Central District, Tis
Hazari Courts on 20.04.2026 at 2:00 PM else heavy costs shall be
imposed upon the defaulting party.
Ahlmad is directed to do the needful.
Put up for report on compromise (if any)/framing of
notice / bail on 25.06.2026.
